Returns & Shipping Policy

Delivery:

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays

Please note that your order cannot be processed by our delivery partner on public holidays, so these days do not count as working days

Please find below an overview of the shipping options and times. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company

Although Antibes are dedicated to delivering in the timelines estimated in our order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines begin from Order confirmation. Antibes are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.

·      Dubai: two (2) to three (3) days

·      Other Cities: three (3) to four (4) days

Returns

To return the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on 800 965 664 within a maximum seven (7) day period from receiving the order, a customer service agent will assist you with your request. Returns are not applicable for products bought on promotions or sale items. Returns requests for opened or used products will not be accepted.

Returned items should be unused and with all Antibes tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Return of damaged products is limited to only manufacturing defects and not applicable in case of misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

  If you paid:

-       by credit/debit card directly on the Website:

When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, Antibes will process the refund by crediting the same amount in the credit/debit card used (excluding shipping, courier, and customs fees) when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

-       by cash on delivery:

When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, Antibes will issue an online voucher to be used on the Website. It takes up to two (2) to three (3) business days to receive this voucher by email

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you in your request. All products must be unused and with all Antibes tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice within fourteen (14) days of the date of your order.
